Civil Works Supervisor – Ref. JOB-1618

SUMMARY

As part of an industrial project located in La Mède, we are looking for a Civil Works Supervisor to oversee and monitor civil engineering works on site.

You will work in an industrial process environment, ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with technical requirements, quality standards and applicable safety regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise civil engineering works in compliance with drawings, technical specifications and project requirements.

• Monitor subcontractors’ daily activities and ensure that works are properly executed.

• Inspect and verify the compliance of completed works, including foundations, reinforced concrete structures, steel structures and associated infrastructure.

• Ensure compliance with project schedules, cost objectives and quality requirements.

• Coordinate with construction teams, other disciplines and engineering teams.

• Identify technical deviations, propose corrective actions and monitor their implementation.

• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and site safety regulations.

• Attend site meetings and report on work progress.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.

• Proven experience supervising civil works on industrial process projects, such as industrial facilities, production units, petrochemical plants, energy facilities or associated infrastructure.

• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage interfaces between different disciplines on site.

• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and good communication skills.

• Strong awareness of quality and safety requirements in an industrial environment.
