Personal data in Franhce is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Criminal Code and the European Directive of October 24, 1995 and by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, or “GDPR”)
Users are sharing personnal infomation if they wish to do so on the website when registering as a new account. Those information are provided by the user with full knowledge of the facts, and the obligation to provide or not the infomation is clearly stated.
