Project Change Manager

Description:

Project Change Manager – Ref. JOB-1597

Within the Project Engineering department, we are looking for a MOC Project Manager (Management of Change) to lead and coordinate the change management process across various projects.

You will be responsible for managing change requests from their assessment through to closure, ensuring compliance, traceability, and proper documentation, in accordance with project processes and requirements.

You will work across functions in close collaboration with Project Engineers and the various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end MOC process: take ownership of change requests from identification, ensure their registration, tracking, and updating in the dedicated internal tool.
  • Analyze and coordinate impact assessments: identify relevant stakeholders and coordinate the various disciplines (Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Project Management, etc.) to assess the technical, quality, cost, schedule, and organizational impacts of each change.
  • Organize and monitor MOC-related actions: define, together with stakeholders, the actions required to implement the change, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Follow up with and coordinate stakeholders: regularly monitor action progress, anticipate potential delays or blockers, and ensure the necessary coordination to keep MOCs progressing effectively.
  • Ensure traceability and document compliance: verify that all required information, approvals, impact assessments, and supporting documentation are properly completed and available in the change management tool.
  • Ensure MOC closure: verify that all planned actions have been completed and approved, ensure the file is complete, and proceed with the formal and documented closure of the change request.

Required Profile

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within EPC phases.
  • Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management in an international and matrix environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders from different disciplines.
  • French and English: bilingual.

YOUR MOTIVATION:

Beyond your technical expertise, you are autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working in an environment where technical expertise and economic considerations are closely linked.

You are motivated by contributing to industrial projects from their early stages and by playing a direct role in preparing tenders for projects in France and internationally.
